All That Is Left Of Life Roberte Recchie emotivna je priča o gubitku, suočavanju s traumom i potrazi za smislom nakon velikih životnih lomova.

Uživate u stilu pisanja, u Italiji, u mladosti, u ljubavi… A onda preko noći prerasta u horor koji vam slama srce. Postaje nevjerojatno tužna i surova. Teške teme, neke od najtežih ulaze u priču i zauvijek ostavljaju svoje tragove. I iako kraj daje nadu svejedno ostaje gorak okus i golema tuga.

All That Is Left Of Life – Roberta Recchia

All That Is Left Of Life by Roberta Recchia is an emotional story about loss, dealing with trauma and searching for meaning after major life setbacks. A suspenseful family saga in which one night changes the Ansaldo family’s life forever…

A book that made me cry my heart out. One of the best I’ve read this year, along with Backman’s My Friends and Hall’s Broken Country. Fantastic!

It starts as a love story and one of the most beautiful ones. You enjoy the writing style, Italy, youth, love… And then overnight it turns into a horror that breaks your heart. It becomes incredibly sad and cruel. Difficult topics, some of the most difficult, enter the story and leave their traces forever. And although the ending gives hope, a bitter taste and immense sadness still remain.

I think it tells you enough how much it captivated me from the first page that I read more than 450 pages in two days. I did nothing else, I lived every minute with the characters and that’s how I felt at the end, as if it were all happening within my family, to my people. Marisa, Miriam, Stelvio and Leo and Bertilla, I don’t know whose story touched me more and who got into my heart more.

I hope you read it because it’s amazing!
