The Mini ADHD Coach – Alice Gendron

The Mini ADHD Coach is exactly what it says – a coach that will help you quickly and easily recognize the symptoms of ADHD, learn to live with the diagnosis, and restore quality to your days. The author Alice Gendron decided after her own diagnosis to share her experience and advice with everyone who daily deals with all the problems and difficulties that ADHD can cause.

The manual consists of three parts. The first part deals with the basics of ADHD, the diagnosis and what happens after it. The second part shows a day with ADHD and how to live it as well as possible. And the third part brings various tips and tricks for people with ADHD. Written in a very simple and accessible manner, with cute illustrations, this manual is one of the most useful booklets on this topic that I have had the opportunity to read. An excellent start for anyone who is encountering this topic and diagnosis for the first time.

I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to learn more about this topic, parents and everyone who works with children, because it provides an excellent overview of ADHD from the very beginning – suspicions, through diagnosis, to advice on how to live with ADHD and have the best possible quality of life.
