Knjiga me potpuno opustila, zabavila, nasmijala, u nekim trenutcima rastužila, ali prije svega pružila baš onakav odmak od svakodnevice kakav sam trebala. Posebno mi se svidjelo što priču pratimo iz perspektive same Kraljice, tim više što sam tek na trećoj sezoni Bridgertona, a seriju Kraljica Charlotte još nisam gledala, pa mi je sve bilo svježe i novo.
Ako tražite roman uz koji ćete zaboraviti na sve obaveze i na kratko uroniti u svijet kraljevskih spletki i problema onda je ovaj roman pravi odabir. Pravi mali odmor za dušu. Pripremite šalicu čaja, ušuškajte se i uživajte.
A ja odoh odmah nastaviti sa serijom. 👑

Queen Charlotte is this month’s bookclub choice and my first encounter with a book from the Bridgerton series, but certainly not the last. The book completely relaxed me, entertained me, made me laugh, at a few points brought tears to my eyes but most of all provided just the kind of break from everyday life that I needed. I especially liked that we follow the story from the perspective of the Queen herself, especially since I’m only on the third season of Bridgerton, and I haven’t watched the Queen Charlotte series yet, so everything was fresh and new to me.
If you’re looking for a novel that will make you forget about all your obligations and briefly immerse yourself in the world of royal intrigue and problems, then this novel is the right choice. A real little vacation for the soul. Prepare a cup of tea, snuggle up and enjoy.
And as for me I’m off to continue the series right away. 😊👑
